We have a limited stock of hire bikes available for day or more hires - sorry no half day rates available.
Every bike is sanitised between hire periods. Please bring own helmets if poss, but we can provide, and sanitise ours if needed.
Please book in advance.

So proud to have completed the 109 mile route on the Dartmoor Classic this year. it was a tough ride with a brutal headwind and I congratulate all that took part.

Named after the wonderful cycle route (NCR2) and the Exe Estuary Trail, Route 2 Bike shop has expanded and moved into new premises next to Route 2 Cafe and Apartments in Topsham, Exeter. We are in the centre of this small estuary town, close to the Quay.

We offer Cycle Hire, New Bike Sales, full servicing and of course a shop to buy all your bike "stuff" !

The National Cycle Route 2 (NCR2) runs the length of the South Coast of England. The Estuary trail is a section of the NCR2 and the Anglo French Route "Tour de Manche". We are very lucky to have excellent access from Topsham, up, down and across (via Ferry!) to the Estuary trail. Perfect for commuting, sightseeing or a safe family ride.

In our shop, we are able to cater for all needs, from a simple set of lights through to our own cycle jerseys. Whether you just need a new inner tube or a complete wheel rebuild please come and see us as we can help.
