Safety check and basic tune
Essential safety checks plus basic tuning and adjustments to brakes and gears to ensure your bike is safe for the road.

As E-bikes come in so many shapes and sizes, our prices can vary, and services are broadly similar to our existing service with the addition of extra checks to the drivetrain and motor along with a diagnostic check where possible.

Cargo, E-cargo and recumbant
Much like E-bikes, Cargo bikes come in many different iterations so again, prices will vary. Speak with our staff members for an idea of costs for your particular model.
Please note that prices may differ and supplementary charges can apply to bikes with hub gears/motors, Full suspension MTB’s or to work where design or accessories make access more challenging.

Dirty bike policy.
To ensure that we can carry out a thorough inspection and service to the highest standard, we ask that all bikes are presented in a reasonably clean condition.
We reserve the right to apply a cleaning charge to any bicycle that is excessively dirty or contaminated with mud, grease, or debris where this prevents us from adequately inspecting the frame, components, or drivetrain. Any additional cleaning required will be carried out prior to servicing to ensure the safety and quality of the work undertaken.
If we believe a cleaning charge is necessary, we will advise you before proceeding wherever possible.
